Money Services

Each contractor has immediate access to the Horizon system to view all money transactions to your account.

Each business day the settlement department is working very hard to expedite the processing of paperwork packets mailed and hand carried to the terminal in Wakarusa. We ask that you please be patient with the processing and that you adhere to the following guidelines when checking on the status of your settlement posting.

1.  Make sure you allow enough mailing time and that you have an understanding of when your paperwork was received at the terminal.

2.  Log on to the ADS system and select option 5 Pay History, put in a date range and view postings.

3. We receive most of the mail between 10am and 2pm each business day and it takes time to process. Please allow the settlement dept. until 3pm each business day before you call in to check on your posting status. Be advised that the settlement dept. will ask you if you checked on line prior to calling so please always check your online posting status prior to calling.

Comdata

LOAD CONFIRMATION & ACCOUNT BALANCE
Money Is loaded on the cards hourly, so when the funds get loaded to your card will depend on when they were posted from Horizon. (If there Is more then one transaction being loaded, these will appear In one balance/clump on the card).

Note: There is a daily reconciliation posting mid-afternoon every day for any outstanding pays. This would include re-imbursements/misc. pays/etc.

You will receive an automatic e-mail each time money Is loaded to your Comdata  account. This e-mail will also include a current account balance including the most recent load.
COMDATA LOG-IN
Every contractor has the ability to log on to Comdata card holder web services. This area is designed for the contractor to access many features including account history.
Log In

Your Comdata log in information (username/password) would have been issued to you during orientation. If you are unable to log in using this info. or if  you have misplaced It, please contact comdata@horizontransport.com
BANK TRANSFER OPTION
The bank transfer option allows you to transfer funds from your Comdata account to you bank account, by phone, with no fees attached.

  1. Fill out the blank transfer application
  2. Staple a voided check to the application
  3. -If you want to transfer to a savings account, or do not have checks, a letter from your bank stating your account and routing numbers on bank letterhead with a bank representative's signature is acceptable. -Do not send in a deposit slip! These cannot be accepted!
  4. Turn in completed application and check into the Contractor Services Dept.
  5. Your bank Transfer account will take two weeks to set up
  6. Please call Brittany or Kyla to confirm that your account Is active before using
  7. If you try to access the bank transfer before your account is active, your account may be delayed for an additional two weeks.

The transfers will take anywhere from 24-48 hours to post, depending on the bank.

Note: If you are changing your current account to a new account, the bank transfer option will not be available to you until the new account is active (two weeks).
